The following food charts are divided into blood type and secretor status (‘1’ denotes a secretor, ‘2’ a non-secretor).
J are foods that act like MEDICINE to your blood type and actively heal or assist the body in some way.
K are foods that should form the basis of your diet, along with the J foods.

- Coconut (except A2) – contains solid fatty acid chains that aggravate inflammation

- Aspartame (harmful chemicals, affects the brain and sight)
- Saccharine (overstimulates the pancreas)
- Maltodextrin; Dextrose (inhibits the metabolism)
- Baking powder (contains aluminum salts)
